High Frequency Founder
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the High Frequency Founder website, the Founder Energy Audit, and any coaching programs or services provided by High Frequency Founder, operated by Elle Dixon ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
High Frequency Founder offers performance and mindset coaching for founders and high performers, including the Founder Energy Audit, one-to-one sessions, and ongoing coaching programs. Our services are educational and developmental in nature. They are delivered by Elle Dixon and, where relevant, Joel Micallef.
The Founder Energy Audit is currently offered free of charge (normally valued at $499 AUD). Completing the audit places you under no obligation to purchase any further service. We review each audit personally and aim to provide a personalised video response within 48 hours, though response times are an estimate and not a guarantee.
Fees for paid sessions and programs are as quoted to you at the time of booking. Unless stated otherwise, payment is due before a session or program commences. Where a paid session is described as redeemable towards a further program, the terms of that redemption will be confirmed with you directly.
If you need to reschedule a booked session, we ask for reasonable notice so we can offer the time to another founder. Specific cancellation and rescheduling terms for paid programs will be confirmed with you at the time of booking.
Because our services are delivered personally and time is reserved exclusively for you, paid services are generally non-refundable once delivered. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Our coaching is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice, and is not a form of therapy or treatment. We do not diagnose or treat any condition. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health concern, please consult a qualified professional. You should not disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of anything discussed in a session or on this website.
Coaching outcomes depend on many factors, including your own participation and circumstances. While we share approaches that have helped other founders, we do not and cannot guarantee any specific result. You remain solely responsible for the decisions you make and the actions you take.
You agree to provide accurate information, to engage honestly in the process, and to use our services and materials lawfully and for your own personal or business development. You are responsible for your own wellbeing and for seeking appropriate professional support where needed.
All content on this website and within our programs, including the Elite Founder Blueprint, frameworks, text, and designs, is owned by High Frequency Founder or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use materials we provide for your own personal use, but you may not copy, resell, redistribute, or publish them without our written permission.
We treat what you share in sessions and in your audit as confidential, and we ask that you treat any proprietary methods or materials we share with the same respect. Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, High Frequency Founder is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our services. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute relating to these Terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Your continued use of the website or our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
