How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

• Review your audit and prepare a personalised video response from Elle;
• Identify how the Energy Audit and our coaching programs can be most relevant to you;
• Contact you about your audit results and about the High Frequency Founder program;
• Respond to your enquiries and improve our services.

How we collect it

We collect personal information directly from you when you submit the audit form on this website. The form is processed on our behalf using Google (Google Sheets and Google Apps Script), which records your submission and delivers it to us by email.

Disclosure of your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We may share it with trusted service providers who help us operate our business, for example, Google (which provides our form processing, spreadsheet storage, and Google Workspace email), strictly so they can perform services for us.

Some of these providers are located, or store data, outside Australia (including in the United States). Where this is the case, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with this policy and the APPs.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification, and disclosure. Your audit responses are held in confidence. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information and retain it only for as long as we reasonably need it.

Direct marketing and opting out

With your consent, we may contact you about the High Frequency Founder program and related offerings. You can opt out at any time by replying to any message and asking to unsubscribe, or by emailing us at the address below. We will action your request promptly.
